Our Standard Screen Printing service offers unlimited possibilities with our stock graphic Templates and Clip Art, more than 1000 fonts and the ability to color match using the Pantone Color Matching System. We also offer Custom Screen Printing, if you have a concept or rough art one of our graphic designers will be happy to help you create the design you envision. Simply fill out the quote request form, upload your artwork and we will send you an estimate.

Standard Screen Printing

1. Select the garment you would like Screen Printed – Choose from many brand names in our catalogs listed to the left.
2. Choose a Design Template and Clip Art from our stock graphics please note any changes you would like to make. These designs are just templates and are easily manipulated to create just what you want. If you would like a different font other than the font listed, feel free to review a sampling of our stock fonts. Once you have decided on the design, wording and font, just let us know what size you want the design, placement and colors. If you have specific colors you would like to use please review the Pantone Color Chart to choose your colors.
3. Indicate on the quote the quantity that you would like. When you enter your quantity please make sure it is for the same type of Screen Printing on each garment. If any part of the Screen Printing will be different, like size, placement, etc. you will need to submit that separately.
4. Pricing for Screen Printing is done by number of colors/screens needed and quantity of garments purchased. Please click here to view the price chart. (PDF file)
5. We will make our best effort to deliver your product to you within 3 weeks from the time the design has been approved. Please make sure if there is a specific date that you need an item by that you put in a due date. RUSH ORDERS are accepted however they are subject to a 30% upcharge.

Custom Screen Printing

1. Select the garment you would like Screen Printed – Choose from many brand names in our catalogs listed to the left.
2. You will need to fill out our online Quote Request Form and upload the custom image that you would like Screen Printed. Please try to send in the best artwork you have available. The best is a vector based image which can be supplied to you by your graphic artist. You will not be able to open that in software on you computer most likely. It requires graphic art software to open. Please request for your graphic artist to convert the image to curves before sending to you. If vector art is not available please send clean pixel based art jpg, gif, tiff, bmp. Depending on art submitted there may be a charge for bringing the art to Screen Printing standards. We will do our best to work with what you have available.
3. If you would like to add additional text to the art submitted, you can pick from our stock fonts. Just let us know the size and placement of the wording you would like.
4. Then on the quote indicate the quantity you would like. When you enter your quantity please make sure it is for the same type of Screen Printing on each garment. If any part of the Screen Printing will be different, like size, placement, etc. you will need to submit that separately.
