Our Standard Embroidery service offers over 20,000 stock designs, more than 100 stock embroidery fonts and hundreds of thread colors to choose from. We also offer Custom Embroidery and Digitizing simply fill out the quote request form, upload your artwork and we will send you an estimate.

Standard Embroidery

1. Select the garment you would like embroidered – Choose from many brand names in our catalogs listed to the left.
   
2. Choose a Design from the 20,000+ designs from our stock embroidery designs. Please note when searching for a design that all the designs are not the same size. The size is listed on the design. This size can only be changed by 10 % larger/smaller. Please keep this in mind when selecting a design.
   
3. If you would like to add text you can choose from over 100 stock fonts then just let us know the size and where you want it.
   
4. Choose the thread color you would like for your text. We recommend you specify a thread color that best contrasts with the color of the garment you selected
   
5. Indicate on the quote the quantity that you would like. When you enter your quantity please make sure it is for the same type of embroidery on each garment. If any part of the embroidery will be different, like size, placement, etc. you will need to submit that separately.
   
6. Pricing for embroidery is done by stitch count and quantity of garments purchased. Standard left chest size name drops are done at $4.00 per name. Please click here to view the price chart (PDF file).
   
7. We will make our best effort to deliver your product to you within 2 weeks from the time the design has been approved. Please make sure if there is a specific date that you need an item by that you put in a due date. RUSH ORDERS are accepted however they are subject to a 30% upcharge.

Custom Embroidery

1. Select the garment you would like embroidered – Choose from many brand names in our catalogs listed to the left.
   
2. You will need to fill out our online Quote Request Form and upload the custom image that you would like digitized and embroidered. Please try to send in the best artwork you have available. The best is a vector based image which can be supplied to you by your graphic artist. You will not be able to open that in software on you computer most likely. It requires graphic art software to open. Please request for your graphic artist to convert the image to curves before sending to you. If vector art is not available please send clean pixel based art jpg, gif, tiff, bmp. Depending on art submitted there may be a charge for bringing the art to embroidery standards. We will do our best to work with what you have available.
   
3. There is a one time set-up fee for digitizing a new logo, once we have digitized your logo as long as you do not change it there will be no additional digitizing fees for reorders. Please refer to the Price List (PDF file) for additional information on digitizing prices. We will let you know the fee for your logo on your estimate.
   
4. If you would like to add additional text to the art submitted, you can pick from our stock fonts both graphic and embroidery prior to having the artwork digitized and we can add that as well. Just let us know the size and placement of the wording you would like.
